With the help of international institutes and universities, Advanced Skills Development through International Scholarships aims to provide students with the most recent, cutting-edge, and practical understanding of artificial intelligence and associated technologies.
Every year, Pakistani students who demonstrate merit and talent are given the opportunity to apply for 75 Masters’s and roughly 70 Ph.D. foreign admissions in the fields of computer science and data sciences.

Eligibility Criteria to join ADVANCED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
applicants to study abroad with fully-funded scholarships through HEC Foreign Scholarships 2022
- Candidates must be from Pakistan or the AJK.
- For MS scholarships, applicants must have a BS/MA (16 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Information Technology as well as a BS/BE in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Avionics. For Ph.D. scholarships, applicants must have a BS/MA/MPhil in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology as well as another relevant field.
- For Ph.D. For scholarships, candidates must have a first division (using the annual examination method), and a CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0, or 75% of their final grade.
- For MS Scholarships, you must have a final grade point average of 60% or a CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.0.
How to Apply for ADVANCED SKILLS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS?
Step 1;
Deposit the application fee of Rs. 800/- in an account of HEC online Account No. 17427900133401 in HBL, Shalimar Recording Company Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad. All payments are to be made to HEC through HBL online facility. This facility is available in all branches of Habib Bank Ltd (HBL), Pakistan.
