Admin Security Officer job at Iqra Army Public School & College, Rawalpindi

Proven experience in security management, preferably in an educational institution or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of security best practices, emergency response procedures, and risk assessment.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage security personnel.
Proficient in using security equipment, including CCTV systems and access control systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security.

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
Prior experience in a security-related role, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for the school premises.
Oversee and manage security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Conduct regular security drills and exercises to prepare staff and students for emergency situations.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance the safety of the campus.
Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities.
Manage access control systems and visitor registration processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security.
