As an office assistant at Aror University of Art Architecture Design & Heritage responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails. Need to ensure that all correspondence is properly filed and that responses are sent in a timely manner. Managing the appointment and schedule of the university staff, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and arranging travel.

Medical Officer at university providing medical care to students, faculty, and staff of the university. Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, prescribing medication, and providing referrals for specialist care if necessary. Conducting medical examinations for students and staff as required. Pre-employment medicals, annual health checks, and medical examinations for special programs or activities.

1: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all students and staff who seek medical care at the university. Treatments, and medications prescribed.

2: Providing health education to students and staff on a range of health issues, including nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention.

3: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, psychologists, to ensure that all students and staff receive the appropriate medical care and support.
