Executive Director job at Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Lahore

A minimum of a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field. A Doctorate or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
Extensive experience (at least 10 years) in a senior leadership role within the healthcare sector, preferably in a large hospital or academic medical center.
Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Demonstrated track record in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
