Liaison Officer at Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) is responsible for managing communication & relationships between GDA and other government agencies, private organizations, and individuals. Representing GDA in meetings and events with external stakeholders, including other government agencies, private organizations, and community groups.

1: Communication between GDA & other organizations, providing advice and guidance to stakeholders on GDA policies and procedures.

2: Analysis on issues related to GDA’s operations and projects, and providing recommendations to senior management.

3: Coordinating with internal departments and teams within GDA to ensure that stakeholders’ needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

4: Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and policies that impact GDA’s operations & projects, and advising senior management on any changes or updates.

GDA was established in 2003 under the Gwadar Development Authority Act, with the mandate to plan, coordinate, and oversee the development of Gwadar city and its surrounding areas. GDA is responsible for a wide range of activities, including land use planning, infrastructure development, environmental protection, and tourism development.
