Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Fisheries Development Board (FDB) in Pakistan, overseeing & managing the operations of the organization. Implementing strategies and policies to promote the development of the fisheries sector in Pakistan. Representing FDB in national and international forums, such as conferences and promoting the organization’s interests and objectives.

1: Leading & supervising FDB staff, including directors, managers, and other personnel, and ensuring that all staff are performing their duties effectively.

2: Collaborating with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry organizations to promote the growth of the fisheries sector.

3: Managing the financial resources of the organization, including developing budgets, managing expenditures, & ensuring that financial reports are accurate and timely.

4: Implementing programs and projects to support the development of the fisheries sector, such as aquaculture development, fish processing, and export promotion.

Have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff, develop and implement strategies, and manage financial resources. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
