High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of the Islamabad area is an advantage.

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Handle resident check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain a record of visitors and ensure the security and privacy of residents.
Coordinate with other departments to meet resident needs and requests.
Assist in handling administrative tasks as required.
Provide information about the community, amenities, and local services to residents and guests.
