Lower Division Clerk (LDC) at the College of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering (CEME). LDC provides clerical support to the faculty and staff of the college and performs a wide range of administrative tasks. Maintaining records and files of the college, including student records, financial records, and administrative documents. Assisting in the admission and registration process for students.

Responsibilities

1: Preparing correspondence, memos, and reports as required by the faculty and staff.

2: Handling routine office tasks such as answering phones, directing visitors, and responding to email.

3: Assisting in the organization and coordination of college events, including meetings, workshops, and seminars.

4: Managing the inventory of office supplies and equipment and placing orders when necessary.

5: Performing other administrative tasks as required by the faculty and staff.
