SIHS (SIHS) is an initiative by the Government of Sindh, Pakistan, aimed at improving the delivery of emergency and healthcare services in the province. The initiative seeks to provide prompt, efficient, and effective health services to the people of Sindh, through the integration of existing emergency and healthcare services into a single, coordinated system. The SIHS integrates a range of emergency and healthcare services, including ambulance services, first-response services, hospital-based emergency departments, and community-based healthcare services. The aim is to provide a seamless, integrated system of care that enables patients to receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

An Executive Officer at (SIHS) is a senior management position responsible for overseeing the implementation and operation of the SIHS program. Developing and implementing the SIHS program strategy and plan. Coordinating the work of various departments and agencies involved in the SIHS program. Overseeing the development and implementation of new SIHS services and initiatives.
