The Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program is a cultural exchange program administered by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP). Designed to provide young teachers of English or other foreign languages with the opportunity to improve their teaching skills and gain cultural experience in the United States.

As a Fulbright FLTA at USEFP, an individual would be responsible for assisting American teachers in teaching the English language or their native language to American students.

1: Teaching language classes and cultural sessions to American students in primary and secondary schools.

2: Engaging in cultural activities and events to promote cross-cultural understanding and exchange.

3: Participating in professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge of American culture.
