The Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) is a complex of defense industries located in Taxila, Pakistan. Assistant Works Manager managing the day-to-day operations of a specific production facility or department. Works closely with the Works Manager to ensure that production targets are met and that the facility is operating efficiently and effectively.

1: Overseeing the production process and ensuring that products are manufactured to the required quality standards and within budget. Work with production supervisors & operators to ensure that production targets are met.

2: Developing production schedules and coordinating production activities to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time. Work with procurement & logistics teams to ensure that raw materials and finished products are delivered on time.

3: Documenting software development processes, including coding, testing to ensure that they are easily replicable and can be shared with other team members.

4: Managing the personnel within their department conducting performance evaluations and handling any disciplinary actions.

Supervisors play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of various production facilities and departments. Works with the Assistant Works Manager to develop & implement production plans, schedules, and targets. Ensuring that all production activities are carried out according to these plans and that any issues or delays are addressed promptly.
