HR Executive job at Design & Engineering Systems Private Limited, Lahore

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Performance Management:
Assisting in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes.
Providing support in performance feedback and development planning.
HR Administration:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Managing HR documentation, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Assisting in the development and enforcement of company policies.
Training and Development:
Coordinating training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
